Involvement is a big part of Eastman, whether you join a group or do your own thing.

Adults get the chance to play here at Eastman. Organized but informal groups gather for cards and games, painting and crafts, gardening, investing, book discussions, wine tastings, exercise, outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, tennis, snowshoeing, paddling, and golf. Monthly potlucks, Club Uno for singles, and other social events make meeting your neighbors easy. The community garden area gives you a chance to have your own garden for flowers or vegetables.

If you are interested in forming a new group, just ask. Our Recreation Department is committed to making things happen.

Volunteer opportunities also abound. A multitude of people participate in Eastman governance, help organize and carry out events, and keep Eastman running. Outside our borders, Eastman members devote time at the local libraries, schools and hospitals.
