The Center at Eastman

At The Center is our restaurant, Bistro Nouveau, which is open year-round with a main dining room and a tavern for more informal meals. The Bistro offers cozy atmospheres, varied menus, and a friendly and professional staff. A large banquet room is available for weddings, parties, activities, and meetings. A wrap-round deck surrounds the upper level, offering views of our beautiful golf course.

The lower level houses the pro shop during golf season, the ski and snowshoe center during the winter, locker rooms for men and women, and a snack bar during golf season.
