Eastman Golf Links will open Saturday, April 18 with its first tee time at 8 a.m., and this year you can book your tee time on-line.

Temporary greens will be in play initially, which means you can play Eastman Golf Links at a discounted rate: $25 for 18 holes and $15 for nine holes, until April 30. Carts, including our 15 brand-new Club Car carts, can be used at a cost of $15 for 18 holes and $10 for nine until April 30.

The golf maintenance crew has been attacking the golf course to get it ready. They have treated all of the greens with an application of fertilizer, overseeding and topdressing, and have applied a cover to the eighth green. Tee to green, the golf course is very clean since two different volunteer groups, including Lebanon High School’s state championship varsity and junior varsity golf teams, have combed all holes for loose debris.

Whether you play or not on Saturday, stop in for the open house and enter a free drawing for a gift card, listen to some brief golf product explanations from the staff, try on a pair of new shoes, or get a quick lesson on booking tee times on-line.

For those of you who need lessons, it’s not too early to sign up for “Get Golf Ready,” formerly known as Golf 101, or for Golf 201 and our new “Hole-in-one Camps” for intermediate players.
